Infimobile's annual unlimited plan is a low-cost way to get talk, text, data, and hotspot on Verizon, with easy activation and generally solid service for long-term use. The plan has worked well for multiple lines, port-ins can be quick, and some accounts have seen strong 5G Ultra Wideband speeds and no dropped calls. The main caveats are extra fees that can jump at checkout, occasional slower data or dropped calls, and limited support, with replacement eSIMs costing about $8. It is a practical budget option if you can live with the fine print.

Common Questions (5)

  • Taxes and fees can be much higher than the advertised plan price and may only appear at checkout. One example showed $68.28 in tax on a 12-month plan, while another saw a $37+ Universal Service surcharge that was only $1.11 per line per year locally.

  • RCS messaging is not limited; only MMS is capped. The Unlimited plan also includes 10GB of hotspot data per month, and hotspot shows as $0 at checkout.

  • Yes, but a replacement eSIM reportedly costs about $8. Getting one may require an active eSIM to receive a verification text; without that, account recovery can involve tedious verification questions.

  • The plan has worked well for kids, with enough data for normal use and slow-speed data still available after the allotment is used up. It is also mostly DIY, so it fits best if you do not need strong support.

  • No Apple Watch number sharing is available on the service. That is the main limitation called out for multi-device use.

There is no limit on RCS messages, just MMS.

I have the 5gb 1 year plan for $75 from a few months ago for my son. Has been working perfectly and the cost savings is great. No issues with service quality. It's all DIY. Support and website are sub par. If they bring that up, it would be a serious alternative to us mobile

I got the flash sale 10gb for $75 for one of my kid. Since he is still a bit young to be out and about, it's been perfect. My older one got the 15gb for $112. It's close to the monthly reset, but he has used all of his allocated data. He is now on slow speed data, and that seems to be okay. A quick look on the website didn't show me that you can still use data at a slow speed on the description. However if you look at the ones on Amazon, it tells you that it's available.

So far, I'm quite happy with it. But something to consider is that the company is only a few years old and don't expect quality customer support. It's great for kids with untethered numbers.

Have had multiple lines for multiple years. No issues. Wish I could have apple watch with the number sharing, but that's the only downside I've experienced.

JSYK: replacement eSIMs are like $8. So, if you ever encounter an issue with your phone that requires removal of the eSIMs, or incidentally lose them via a DFU restore (common troubleshooting step with network and service quality, last ditch effort for *all* issues), you have to pay for a replacement eSIM.

More importantly, ensure you have multiple 2FA methods configured, because in order to get a replacement eSIM, they send you a verification text, which the system will only allow to be requested if you have an active eSIM.

If not, you'll have to verify through some tedious questions requiring exact verbatim answers, which also happen to be prone formatting errors and/or unlikely to fit in the provided form.

Their fees are greatly exaggerated and you won't see them until the checkout page. For instance, for my locality the Universal Service Public Purpose Programs Surcharge (MTS) fee is $1.11 per line per year. Infimobile charges $37+ for that fee.

Even with the greatly inflated fees, it is still a decent price if everything works well.

switched to them recently from Red Pocket. Infimobile had pretty fast response to help me verify my port-in number. I was impressed. They had a LOT of payment security issues with my disposable credit card number, but it worked out eventually.

I've had about 10% dropped calls so far, and some issues with the internet connectivity and some apps (perhaps they don't like my VPN), but I've been able to work through it. I had Red Pocket before and no issues then.

Were you getting a 3-year plan?

Must be where you live. Mine were only $12.18 for the 3-year plan.

Yes it was a 3 year plan. And the state and locality publish the fees. $1.11 per line per year.

Can't you just save the QR code or LPA activation code when they sent you the esim originally?

PSA : If you ever need to port out later, make sure save the email they sent to activate your account. Among the things they asked to let you port out is the order # in there and most recent calls you make on the line and few more personal info
