Infimobile's annual unlimited plan is a low-cost way to get talk, text, data, and hotspot on Verizon, with easy activation and generally solid service for long-term use. The plan has worked well for multiple lines, port-ins can be quick, and some accounts have seen strong 5G Ultra Wideband speeds and no dropped calls. The main caveats are extra fees that can jump at checkout, occasional slower data or dropped calls, and limited support, with replacement eSIMs costing about $8. It is a practical budget option if you can live with the fine print.

Common Questions (5)

  • Taxes and fees can be much higher than the advertised plan price and may only appear at checkout. One example showed $68.28 in tax on a 12-month plan, while another saw a $37+ Universal Service surcharge that was only $1.11 per line per year locally.

  • RCS messaging is not limited; only MMS is capped. The Unlimited plan also includes 10GB of hotspot data per month, and hotspot shows as $0 at checkout.

  • Yes, but a replacement eSIM reportedly costs about $8. Getting one may require an active eSIM to receive a verification text; without that, account recovery can involve tedious verification questions.

  • The plan has worked well for kids, with enough data for normal use and slow-speed data still available after the allotment is used up. It is also mostly DIY, so it fits best if you do not need strong support.

  • No Apple Watch number sharing is available on the service. That is the main limitation called out for multi-device use.

how do i port my number... after choosing the plan it takes me to couple of screen (compatibility check etc) but do not see any port option anywhere
"Just head to our Activate SIM section on the website and complete the initial form to get started. Once you continue, you'll receive the Port-In Application Form, which you'll need to fill out with your current carrier details and the number you want to transfer. After you submit the form, our team begins the port-in process. Activation typically takes 2 to 48 hours, depending on your existing carrier. As soon as your number is successfully transferred, you'll receive a confirmation email so you can start using your Infimobile service without any downtime. "

i've been on infimobile for about 3-4 years now, only had an issue one year with a different # where they'd shut me off saying I was sending too many texts, then I'd have to live chat with them to turn it back on, only happened 3 times. I got the 10gb plan 6 months ago for like $90+ fees or whatever. Google pixel 9a worked great, then I just got an iphone air that needed an ESIM. Process was easy on infi but did cost me like $8 which I thought was odd considering it's not a physical sim it's electronic

When I enter my IMEI it's telling me I can choose between Verizon and T-Mobile but then it says it's not eligible for the T-Mobile plan. I know T-Mobile works really well in my area so just wondering why that's not an option 🤔. Anyone else having this issue?
I had the same issue. I'm guessing Verizon is charging them less for their network access or maybe they need to fluff their numbers with Verizon for some reason.

After speaking with CS about the Family Plan Unlimited they mentioned that every plan EXCEPT unlimited has T-Mobile/Verizon option. Unlimited ONLY has Verizon.

I have two lines for the past 14 months on 10g and (now) 20g plans. Zero issues.

I bought this same plan 2 week ago and activated today. Essentially after you verify your phone's compatibility and then purchase the plan, they'll send you via the email you signed up with an order confirmation with the order number plus email verification. Once you log into your dashboard via infimobile's website, you can click activate sim, the next screen will ask for your order number and zip code, then it will ask you if you want a new number or port-in. All you need is your current provider's account number, phone number and port out pin. I switched from AT&T/FirstNet and it maybe took 5 mins for AT&T to notify me of the port-out request then 15 mins for the deactivation of their service then activation of Infimobile.
Can you provide details on taxes/fees you were charged? Wondering if it's worth it to switch out of Mint, still waiting for upcoming BF deals to compare prices.

I paid $26.28 total in taxes/fees for three 36-month InfiMobile plans (two 40GB Unlimited plans and one 20GB plan). I'm in North Jersey, so taxes may vary depending on your location. My two 40GB plans were $525 each, and the 20GB plan was $360. Unfortunately, I bought the two 40GB plans about two weeks before this $150/year promotion came out. I'm around $39.90/month for three lines combined, on their Verizon service, getting their 5G UW network in most areas we frequent. So far zero drop calls, data speeds for me based on 4 speed tests average around 81Mbps/9.32Mbps. Compared to what I ported out from, Firstnet/AT&T, these speeds are slower but I am paying a lot less so there's that. I haven't tested call quality, speeds at larger events with tons of people to compare but it was a risk I was willing to take to cut my monthly expenses. I did a month trial with their 500mb plan, then added another gig so I could get a sense of how well it would perform prior to fully switching.

Just signed up for the 12GB plan at $90/12month for my kid. Sign up and activation are easy and fast, I only paid $.86 for tax.
But the speed wasn't great. I have Total Wireless on the same Verizon network and got 424mb/s but Infimobile only got 50mb/s.
