I have heard this system in use at my in laws and it sounds terrible, voices and dialogue are muffled, sound from the tiny bar and surround speakers is tinny and garbled, sub puts out one note boomy mid bass, just total garbage. Literally worse than built in tv speakers.

This is an insane amount of audio presence/quality/volume for the money. I have the X40 ultimea and was blown away.

It's not really an audiophile product. It's for basic people that think they might want something (noticeably) better than their existing sound bar.
