Apple is rumored to be announcing a new OLED MBP soon and possibly redesigning the other MBPs to be lighter. I'd wait if you can, as the older models might see bigger price cuts

I've been watching for a deal, still rocking my 2021 M1 MBP with 32GB ram, things a beast, still... I think you're right on waiting, seeing the new stuff, and bigger discounts!

Is there not a 64GB memory version on sale? I've seen only B&H has it. Majority of stores only have up to 48GB for M5 Pro.

I want the cheapest 2026 M5 Pro 48GB ram / 1 TB drive I can get. I don't care about nanotexture display and their chips are so freaking good, the M5 Pro is more than enough. But I need that RAM and I'd really rather not spend $3k+. At this point I'm considering a Mac Mini.
