Ensure contains soluble corn fiber and short-chain fructooligosaccharides (FOS).
These can cause gas, bloating, or diarrhea in some people. That's a pass for me, as I drink 3x protein drinks per day, don't want to risk a fart that isn't one.
After redeeming Walmart cash, this comes out to $1.37 a bottle, about 30 cents cheaper than when my Premier Protein is on regular sale at Costco.

The bloating/gas was happening to me too but I started slowing down how fast I drink them and it seems manageable now. I basically sip on them over a course of an hour or so while drinking coffee as I usually use them for breakfast.
