From experience, these are garbage. On a trip I had two of these and the several connections stopped charging until after 10 days, 4 of the 8 connections worked (1 on one unit, 3 on the other).

It's almost guaranteed that this only supports the standard 5V and up to 2A charging, which is way too slow in 2026.

I bought the double pack two weeks ago for $7.98. It transfers data just fine. And all 4 jacks do charge. However, I was very disappointed that it does not support high speed charging. A cheap generic USB-C to USB-C cable was able to use super high speed charging to charge my phone in 39 min. This cable took roughly 3x as long as 135 mins. I have yet to find a multicable that supports anything other than normal low amperage charging.

I don't know the pricing but if you have a choice, buy the multicolor one. If you need to transfer data, you can simply choose the red jack rather than look for the small data symbol. This is especially handy in dim light. Alternatively, just place a piece of tape on the data jack. That way, you can even find it in the dark.

for a phone or charging bank yes, but for something like a small flashlight, this might be the right speed.

How many flashlights are going to charge that you can't use a standard charger that's backwards compatible with lower charging?

Answer: 4 laugh out loud

I use a cable like this to charge my kids' walkie talkies. Any device that doesn't need a ton of juice or are going to be left charging overnight anyway are perfect for something like this. Beats having a rat's nest of wires and plugs.
