the 8-port unmanaged was just $49 a few days ago (now $59 I think). Make sure you really need/want managed for more than double the price.

if you need or want Link Aggregation you have to go with a managed switch most of the time, and this looks like it has that feature from the comparison chart on the product page.

Netgear has a weird VLAN restriction that it can only tag a VLAN number up to the number of ports on the device, so 1 through 8 on this. Many networks are set up with VLAN10 VLAN20 etc and can't be used by this type of limited configuration. Plan accordingly if this might apply to your setup.
