Nice deal and good specs OP, just a heads up their are several videos on YouTube that bring awareness that the OLED screen is LOCKED at 240 hz and cannot be lowered to 60hz, etc.

Refurbished, and it's the 16s (slim model) So the GPU runs about 10-15% slower than the same GPU in the full size Helios Neo 16.

Battery life is apparently appalling too, only 90 minutes on a new PC and probably less than that on a refurb.

Refreshing the screen that quickly requires more power, which will eat up battery life. Even if you're just browsing the web, the screen is still refreshing at 240hz
