4-24" Tie downs for $30 is not super rare.
Do a search for "Mobile home anchors" you will get quite a selection.
Still considering making a purchase, I wonder if stainless wouldn't be a better option or in the case of permanent structures if all thread, cement and some common hardware wouldn't be a better recipe?
I'm also curious on what type of screw works better for rocky soil?
