"Didn't come with a charging cord had to spend 25 dollors just to get one"
"A Lenovo copy. Everything down to the pictures used for the ad are a direct copy from Lenovo trash"
"I ordered it used....." then cries because Amazon sucks, not the actual product
Please, if you are going to quote the bad reviews...at least read them before hand. Clearly these aren't even product rated complaints....

anyway, i bought 1 awhile ago and really liked it. My son liked it more so I gave it to him and bought another for myself. Seriously thinking about getting a third. I've got so many power banks it's ridiculous but the fast charging and ability to charge 140W has spoiled me and I hardly use my older banks anymore.

Aliexpress is flooded with products claiming to be Lenovo, that clearly have nothing to do with Lenovo.
USB-C1 is the built in USB-C cable.
USB-C2 is the port on the side.
*FYI to anyone reading this...we are NOT talking about the product in this post.
Apparently Lenovo extensively licenses out their brand in China. So Chinese sellers slap Lenovo on pretty much everything. So there is a good chance the seller may have nothing to do with Lenovo.

Also upon little more research they seem to have a very strong connection, for example:

That being said, in Asia markets, you seem to be 100% correct. They appear to be licensing their brand name to any drone company, tablet / game controllers, retro handhelds, other random PC / game accessories, etc. Which makes things super confusing because these products often get imported and resold stateside which still makes me question pretty much any non-mainstream product with the Lenovo name anywhere near it. But I do think Talix...in theory, should be sister company on this side of the pond. No idea why Lenovo would bother creating these tiny name brands though, seems more trouble than it is worth for the tiny market they occupy. Same thing for the liberal licensing of their name on AliExpress. They have to know all of these products are going to flood western markets, eroding their perceived quality over here.
Sell the Lenovo branded product to the business world at $99.99 on their own site while marking down the version with the Talix label at a discount elsewhere. I don't know if there's any "official" relationship between the 2 brands, but I certainly think there is. They don't have to have a sale on the name brand and can still sell these Talix versions at a price point where there's still a profit. Tiny market certainly doesn't apply to Lenovo. #1 desktop and laptop seller in the world. I have the FIFA power bank with the smaller form and my Legion reads that as an official Lenovo charger.
FWIW, Lenovo hasn't seemed to care until recently. Still not sure why it suddenly seems worth the effort to make all of these side brands today when yesterday they were happy as clams selling the same products via different channels and at different pricing. My only guess is warranty and support. Perhaps also allows them to still unload flops and lower quality items without tarnishing the parent company's name.

Well I think amazon punishes sellers for offering their products at a lower price on other platforms. So selling it under a separate brand to avoid amazon's wrath makes sense. Just usually amazon is the main platform that gets the main branding. But since it is a chinese company maybe they just don't prioritize amazon sales, so amazon gets the off-brand treatment.
*And if that was true, wouldn't every major brand be forced to do the same thing? Dell, HP, Apple, Sony, Nike, etc? IMO, that logic fails quickly with all of these brands being sold across every other planform imaginable.
