Excellent comparison find, Dhry! The two knifes have visibly different grinds. I'm sure the knife experts here on SD can identify them and share the advantages/disadvantages of each. Other than that, the principal difference I can see is the Walmart knife that OP posted has a tungsten steel glass breaker, while Dhry's Amazon alternative does not. Personal choice whether that extra feature is worth the $4 price difference. I'd think it would have a lot to do with where you plan on keeping your knife (daily EDC or stored in your car = advantage Walmart; stored pretty much anywhere else = advantage Amazon, YMMV).
