FlexiSpot's 20 inch carry on stands out for its front laptop pocket, smooth rolling wheels, and a thick polycarbonate shell that feels high quality for around $50. The pocket makes laptop access convenient, and the front compartment can also hold toiletries or other quick grab items. The main drawback is space, which is tight enough to squeeze a packed cube and makes the non expandable design feel cramped. It also weighs about 8.1 pounds and may be smaller than expected for airline sizing, so it suits short trips best.

I ordered this and it arrived today. However it's locked and there is not combination, documentation, or keys. Anyone else experience this? If so curious how you resolved it.

Figured it out. Flexispot was no help.

received it after delay. Decent for $50 +tax but not worth MSRP. As said, it is ridiculously small inside space. maybe a pair of clothes, inner wear and a pair shoes with laptop. might be useful for 1-2 day business trip.

I received it a few days ago and finally got to opening it. Looks like the box was already opened and I ordered a beige one but received a black one in a different style...going to email to see.

Finally opened it and checked it out. As others have said, the space inside is too small, although I can appreciate that the front compartment can fit some things like toiletries. But even that compartment doesn't pop out completely when you release the lock and needs a small handle or something to grab it forward. Overall it doesn't have a super premium feel to it despite them making it so and would not sell at MSRP. It does roll smooth on the Japanese wheels though. Very conflicted about this bag.
