Searching online Brook's Ghost are $150 with some sketchy sites going down to $110. Which all makes this deal tempting. Do you have one of these $65 deals you could share please? That would be awesome!
I used to buy Saucony Kinvara and then the price went nuts onto those. Then I switched to their Breakthru and would get those cheap, then they were discontinued.
Shoes are now insanely expensive, especially a decent quality lightweight running shoe. (Don't know if these Brook's fall into the light weight category)

I've only had them a few months and they still look new but can't comment on long term durability. I wouldn't compare them to $35 shoes.
