Good point, but if you read them it's mainly people who thought "open box" meant brand new. Complaints the items were not still sealed.

I ordered Mario kart world for switch 2 from vipoutlet. It came from walmart returns and the game was missing. Vipoutlet seems to be someone at Walmart that has a direct connection to their returns and they dont really check anything anymore.

Yes, but I had to wait for return approval, then I had to repack it and take it to ups. Wasted my time, my time is not free.

Understood. I've only ordered a few things from VIP outlet and other than so-so packaging, I haven't had any issues. But I always try to make it clear when I post their items that they're the seller, even right now on Walmart's website they're listed as "Walmart"
