There's a newer version of this item, and it's a "frequently returned item"

I have a hard time believing it takes over 7 hours to charge the battery on a charger but it's going to run in perpetuity with 40 minutes of sun each day ..

It also says it can't charge on solar when below 32F (you can also see the 18650 battery)

Anyways, the only thing i planned on whining about with this one is what i whine about with all these cameras that give you the "option of local storage or cloud!"

It's connected to my Wi-Fi. Why can't it save the video to my NAS (or any other network drive?) like any regular good camera? SD card storage is not only prone to failure, but also directly on a device that can just be ripped off the wall and all the footage is gone.

I was actually thinking about buying it until it just kept looking a little too good to be ture.

Get a hub. The H500 handles 16 cameras. The H200 handles 4 cameras.

I have several of these, including the 4k version. Can confirm it takes 8h+ for a full charge. That's the only real drawback, though. Otherwise they're excellent security cams

I have one of these. The solar does work! It's in a sunny area, so I'm not sure about 40min a day is enough, but when night starts this always has a 100% charge.
