Shoes look great (got many compliments on them), but they kinda squeak when walking in them, which is pretty annoying 😆

Mine squeak too. I have them in white/blue colorway as well but for some reason, they don't squeak. I don't understand why that would be the case when both shoes are the same material, only different colors.

I have a couple pair of the white on white pair and they are great. One is worn like an everyday shoe and the only only worn to therapy once a week. Both are at different levels of wear but neither squeak. They are a little snug, extra width would be nice, so maybe that's why?

For an affordable shoe indeed get a lot of compliments. My life experience (take with much salt) regarding sneakers is that only people who compliment men's sneakers based on their price are other men. If interested in female compliments its more about the look than any price paid

I paid $25 for mine and it was totally worth it. Not exactly walking on clouds, but they look great, feel sturdy, and do the trick. For the price, it's a no-brainer to buy another pair.

This ☝️it's caused by Tongue friction.. Google says to "Rub a small amount of baby powder, cornstarch, or baking soda directly onto the top of the tongue and the underside of the eyelet panels where they make contact." OR "Rub a dry bar of soap, a tea light candle, or beeswax onto the edges of the tongue and underneath the lace loops."
Also they run half a size small.
