13" is very small, don't buy it unless you have a very small yard. Even then it's kinda overpriced.

Not bad as long as you're ok with a smaller cut path and 4Ah battery, because you still get a battery and charger included for this price.

24v wouldn't do my tall thick turf. My original Neuton mower was a 24v and it was horrible.
