I just found a new AMEX offer in my account for $10 off $50 at Groupon. I used this last time AMEX had this offer, and combined it with another Slickdeal. 😊

That said, I buy enough stuff at Walmart that laying out the $50 in the high likelihood I'll get the $10 credit is worth it to me. Plus I'd rather have the $50 GC to spend down as I choose, since this is a ONE TIME must spend $50+ in one order AMEX offer versus some where the spending tracks.
DO NOT ATTEMPT IT! you have no recourse if you don't get the credit, the T&C protects you with the plastic route.
