You can still fly into China, fly out of China, take the train in China with a battery pack without the CCC marking.
Note: If you have a domestic leg on your flight out of China, they will check for the CCC marking (ie. Shenzhen -> Shanghai -> Tokyo) - ask me how I know

This is a slim 10,000mAh Qi2 magnetic power bank that stands out for convenient phone top ups and a low sale price. The 15W wireless pad and 27W USB C output make it useful for travel and long days away from an outlet, and the compact size is the main appeal. The main concerns are the lack of a visible CCC marking for some China flights, uncertain behavior when wired and wireless charging are used together, and the 27W wired ceiling feeling dated next to faster phones. A practical budget option if those limits do not matter.

1. No CCC certification logo visible. China requires that it's visible ON the battery enclosure. Doesn't matter if the manufacturer says it on the website: it will get confiscated if you try to bring it into China. Obviously doesn't matter if China isn't on your travel list for the next decade (after which this battery will be e-waste).
2. No way to disable wireless charging, and uncertain behavior when you put this on the back of a Qi-capable phone and connect it via wire. I just want a small 10Ah battery I can slap on my back of my phone, but I strictly want wired charging. Android and iOS phones are hardcoded to reject wireless charging if wired is present. However, there are other batteries which do not handle this correctly and instead put the wireless charging controller into ping mode and even if wireless charging is rejected, the controller is still reading it as "ON" and will throttle wired charging to 12W.
I would accept both of those issues if this were a little cheaper. However, at $20 I would rather wait for a Baseus sale on a slightly smaller 10Ah battery with the same wireless-vs-wired shortcomings but a CCC engraved logo.
