Look at the one star reviews before buying. Too many short life complaints for me. I've bought AAA none mainstream brands before with no issues (never AA) but I've always first looked at the poor reviews. This is a definite pass for me.

Yes. Also for blink cameras, but they dont last super long. I use them in easy to reach, high-use cams, like front door, in garage, etc

I have multiple sets. They're ok. I couldn't find lithium anywhere near this price. I had a a dead one they mailed me two (and a hokie charger). Because of this I bought more. Most immediately report as low in Blink cameras but last as long as non rechargeable. Ultimately, I made the non-slickdeal decision to give up on Blink and move to Unifi.

I've gotten a set of these and for my usage (auto on/off window candles) and they match the performance of 3000 mWh EBL's. EBL is my choice but they get hard to get at times so these have been a nice alternative.

Just a note that they work mostly for the older model cameras. For newer models I've had no luck getting rechargeable lithium batteries to work. Either they are slightly too chunky or the voltage wasn't enough to keep them on. At least for the newer doorbell models.

Do these have the discharge problem ? ( basically the electronics are always on to lower voltage to 1.5v ) ?

The AI image is funny! Six top electrodes for eight battery slots. I have a similar one to this in different colors. It is slow to charge and the batteries are rated higher than eneloops, but in reality they have less power. Regardless I do like the form factor. I just put my empty batteries back in here until it is full and time to charge. I have had problems where one battery doesn't want to charge. It will if I keep messing with it though.

Protip:

Stock up on rechargeable batteries when Amazon does their sale where everything on Amazon Haul is 50% off. They have lots of other stuff under $20 that you can get the best deals of the year on as well.

I got a pack of these batteries for $6 during the prime day this year. I also got 8 packs of Nimh AA's for $4.

Edit: Actually you get an additional 10% off when you spend over $75, so I actually paid $4.80 and $3.20 on each pack

Buy this and make sure you test use them right away. I got one set last time. When I used them, I full charged them and put them into the Google nest smoke alarm. They ran out the next day. I tried again 3 times and same thing happened. Low battery alert the next day. Luckily I have 2 days left on the return which I did return them for defective product sent.

Had this or a similar model of these in my travel kit, just noticed today the cheap hinge has broken as it was closed. Patched it up with tape and it still works, but annoying situation. Like the simplicity of attaching USB-C to charge 8 batteries.
