I wonder if this could serve as a construction tool by pushing up heavy items for alignment or to push things together rather than using a hammer? Maybe even utilize to create wider openings like a "jaws of life" tool used in car accidents? Both ideas are not what it's designed for, but we still have the freedom to re-purpose our tools!

This may only be used on the pinch weld, replacing the trunk car jack. Nice idea but there are other cheap ones just like this one from China. I would love to buy one with some quality that I have confidence in, as this is a heavy duty tool. Better if it's a corded 12V one as I won't remember to keep it charged, and battery in a hot summer car sounds bad.
Repurposement sounds great though if possible/safe.
