No. It's bulk. It's for movies not Halloween. And there was a 35% discount with 1st S&S order. It may be targeted. I just stated a fact. Not that it was a deal for everyone. But it's very nice of you to give out free individually factory sealed candy, if in fact that is what you're planning.

My candy arrived yesterday. Did not come with cold packs, but that is okay. it's like 50 degrees. Everything looked pretty good to me. I ordered on the 16th and it arrived on the 21st.
