For this price I agree, but blems are great when the price is right. I got this same nailer back in 2018 for $50 as a factory blem, it's so handy. $175 is way too high for a Ridgid without the LSA though.

Blemished are typically brand new and qualify for LSA. Reconditioned are not.

I've always had success with LSA for blemished. It's possible things have changed, though.

Side note. I used LSA for first time on battery last month. Not the quickest turnaround but replaced battery for me. Picking ridgid is heavily based on LSA for me. I hope it pays off as tools age.

Blemished is new, but remember Rigid's "Lifetime Warranty" is no longer lifetime...

Lots of misinformation in these comments this time.

Blemished is practically new and does qualify for LSA. It had 3 year warranty if you don't register it.

LSA means lifetime service agreement. True it's not technically a warranty but pretty close.
