#2 - which makes is 1/3 of the cost of Apple's cable
#3 - it's MFW-certified, which means it uses the same charging module as Apple's own cable, and doesn't carry the risk of being turned into e-waste with a future software update, or with a future watch model
#4 - up until the new A3277 10W cable introduced last month with latest watch models (which have hardware changes to support that rate), 5W was considered fast charging for all Apple watches, and will continue to be for the S11/U3 and older models (which do not), yet some out there still believe in the myth that there was something higher power
$10 bucks for a certified cable from a store that will still be around in six months is a deal, compared to the generic white-labeled chargers all over Amazon, from sellers that can disappear at the drop of a hat, is a deal by any reasonable logic.

Although this link doesn't explicitly reference wattage amount, it references fast charging (which I would think 5 watts would never be classified as the fast charging option) is available on the past 3 gen of watches.

Edit: max is 10W with the newest release, there's no 15W.
