The lightly salted ones are garbage. Threw mine away. Stick w/the fully salted cocktail peanuts.

Cocktail peanuts have always come in the 12 oz container. That has always been the standard size. 16oz is standard for dry roasted peanuts.

The 16 oz container has been the standard size in most grocery stores until recently as retailers are promoting the smaller 12 oz size at the price of the original 16 oz can. Similar to repackaging bacon (16 oz now 12 oz), orange juice, ice cream, etc. Shrinkflation.
