FWIW looks decent for $15 and nice it includes a phone holder. You can take some pretty impressive astrophotography shots with a modern smartphone (in pro mode) and a stable tripod.

I've been looking for a tripod like this, with pan/tilt instead of ball head, for my little astro setup.
Only question now is whether it'd hold the camera... with a Rubinar 1000mm f/10 😂
The tripod part is fine. The connectors and locks are plastic, but it seems sturdy enough. The pan/tilt head is the problem. It is mostly plastic. It'd probably be fine if all the weight is centered, because plastic handles compressive forces well enough, but this rarely happens in practice. The moment you tilt it with any significant weight on it, and it is designed to tilt, the plastic pan/tilt head starts to bend and flex and threaten to fall apart.
It held my 3kg lens + camera combo *very* precariously. I do not trust it at all. There goes my little astrophotography project...
