It shows dual view but you can filter for it to just show single. When you download a file, you will get two separate cam files of each view.

I have the single level one (similar unit with just a base on the bottom) and it's been using the same SD card for about a year without any issues. None of my other ones have had issues either. Be sure to buy a video rated SD card, they are made to handle higher read/write duty.

Okay I've been using tapo cameras for a year now and I can confirm just about any tapo camera will eat cards. But just to be clear. You have to use the right memory card. You really need a memory card that can read and write no slower than 70mbps. So that old 128gb micro sd card from your old android from 10 years ago is probably too slow and reads at 20mbps. So what I personally have done is I set the video feed to 720p or 1080p at 15fps instead of 30. It lowers the read write data speeds and gives your cards a greater chance of working. IMO the 2k image quality isn't that much better than the lower. How I tested my cards, I have a fast micro sd card reader connected to usb 3 or usb c. And I run crystal disk mark, I set it to 1gb or larger test or 4-5gb. And I open task manager on windows 11 and open the performance tab and click on the sd card drive. And what I look for is how does it write data. Sure some cards can write data to 70-100mbps but they tend to drop speeds up and down between 70 and 10. Those kinda cards won't work. It needs to be steady at the upper speeds.

If the camera is eating cards you need to get the right card. Most SD cards are not setup for or work well with continuous writes which will destroy them quickly. SD cards only have a certain amount of data they write before the "chips" wear out.
You need to get an endurance style card, or one setup specifically for constat writes. It's not an issue of write speed, but write endurance.

these are the ones I use for my dash and security cames so far with no issues.

Also you are way overestimating the write speed of these cameras. on a 128Gb card 70MB/s is good for only roughly 30 minutes. before needing to write over old data. most of these things are writing WELL below that speed. many run at only 10-15MB/s and that's ot 4K. Sure extra bandwidth won't hurt, but by no means do you need to be able to write 70MB/s for the camera to record properly.

It's not the camera, it's the card. SD cards are only able to handle writing to each memory cell so many times before that memory cell gives up the ghost. for typical things like phone storage and stuff like that they work because most things get written once and then just sit there. reads don't hurt the card, writes do.
video cameras are different they do nothing but writes. over and over and over again which chews through that write life cycle each card gets. Only way really to fix it is to use a SD card that is rated for security/dash cam usage. Their memory cells are setup a little different so they are able to handle the constant write abuse a little better.

This is what I use, but there are others out there.

That's what I figured people were complaining about. I have the endurance SD cards on my outdoor cameras and never had issues.

One of the major problems with this setup is the mount. I finally found a DIY mount on Amazon. It looks a bit bulky, but at least it will make the device usable. By the way, I stream the feed to the Tapo Hub H200. I'm streaming from two of these cameras, along with a doorbell and two 420s, and so far, I haven't encountered any issues.

Main reason I haven't switched to tapo from eufy is there's no photo notification without the subscription. Eufy cameras are more expensive outright, but getting the photo notification without subscription is worth it. If you aren't worried about the notification, go with tapo. I have one as a spare and it works great.
