That said, this one is working differently. Twice I added items to my cart that showed on the list of eligible items, the "shop items" page said I'd reached over $100 items, but when I went to my cart I didn't have the "this order qualifies for a promotion" header. When I investigated, the items I had on subscribe and save were removed from the promotion!
Once I removed those items, and only had items I did not already have on S&S both the "shop items" page and the order summary showed that the order qualified.
Bummer both Chewy and Amazon have dropped it down to $25. (And Chewy is now only 2 per customer instead of 3. :sob
