There is no such thing as a 'flushable wipe'. ask any plumber or septic worker.

If disappearing from the toilet bowl is your only concern, great! If you're responsible for your home's sewer line or septic system, it's a very different story.

He's not wrong. Just cuz it goes down doesn't mean it breaks up quickly. Problem becomes when they clump together they DO NOT disintegrate like TP, they get stronger. So newer homes with perfectly clear pipes tend to be OK, but older homes/systems with any blockage or tree roots etc will (eventually) pay the price.

I think there is no such thing as "flushable" apply to everything. Even toilet paper, if you use excessive volume, even if toilet paper can disintegrate in water eventually, the excessive amount of it can still clogs.
For this flushable wet wipes, if you have actually tried it and make it very wet, it will start losing its structural integrity and fall apart just like toilet paper. If your house has bad septic system, then probably should throw toilet paper in trash also instead of flashing it. If your house has good enough septic system that can handle decent amount of toilet paper use, then should be fine with this flushable wipes assuming you don't throw away excessive amount at the same time.
