These are decent. Excellent for $30. A bit more V-shaped than I like, but not bad, and with decent features, build, and comfort for the price. If you're looking for an inexpensive pair to do the job, this is a good choice.

This from one of the top rated Amazon reviews: "This headphone has the best anc system I personally have ever used and has pretty good quality in terms of speaker quality. However, my reason for giving it a 3 is because it is very loose fitting and constantly falls off when I'm working out. So I would not advise it if your a frequent gym goer."

I have 2 pairs of these for my home and work. Really good sound and ANC on this. The mic is also great. I have no issues with it falling off, it doesn't feel loose at all. However, I personally would not use these at the gym since it feels pretty bulky to me, but that just might be my preference.

The only down side that I can say is that since these are over-ear, my ears get really hot after a while and just need to remove them just to let the air circulate in that area.

No muffled underwater sound. Don't hear myself speaking.

I use it to record dialogue for training videos. The ANC is really good, but probably too strong. It can cut off a fraction of a second of the first word when I start speaking. Besides that, it's crystal clear.
