Comparable micro brands using the SW200 are usually 600-800... but this one lacks the personality of any micro brand. Solid watch, just not a huge fan of the design.

Most definitely. Gevril is a good brand. I hate the price inflation game they play since it makes it difficult to discern what the watch is actually worth. However, the components in this are solid, and they're an established brand. It's worth $500 all day, but the design is derivative.

I'm not sure why the watch deals brings out all of the geniuses convinced they can get premium movements and quality materials for a dollar and a handshake, but here we are. Gevril is their own worst enemy though with the price inflation. If their numbers were hovering in the mid to upper $1k range, the discounts would be genuine and indicative of the deal that they are.

Obviously exaggeration here. In all seriousness this is an okay buy considering its BOM, like $35000 is an okay price for a good condition used Maserati because how Stellantis botched their valuation system
