Should arrive 23-28. Will update then.
Update 1:
Monitor arrived. Came pretty much brand new with newly packed 3.3' hdmi/dp cable, tied power cable, vesa mount screws, warranty and quick set up pamphlet. On close inspection there's only minor fingerprint marks but otherwise everything but the screen still has the static cling plastic wraps.
No drivers had to be installed. Worked right out the box. Checking through the settings there's an option that shows how much screen time the panel has been on for, displayed 33min. Colors look great. The blacks look amazing. Very happy so far and looking forward to watching media and playing games on it.
The feature I had high expectations for but became somewhat disappointed by is PIP/PBP.
For context, I bought this monitor specifically for this feature. I always wanted to game but found it annoying to use browser PIP. To minimize black bars/dead space, ideally, I would do DQHD / WQHD games with an FHD/QHD PIP media, disc, whatever on the side.
PIP and PBP works pretty well out the box using my PC (main)+ switch (PIP).
However, I wanted it to work with 1 PC, through multiple display outputs.
Unfortunately, after a few hours of tinkering, testing different cables and combinations, I have not found any solution.
I Used a combination of 2 HDMI + 1 DP cables (both 2.1, using my own cables not the ones provided).
With PBP, I could get any 2 combinations to display up to 3840x2160 side by side (surprisingly). You could even run it on 3840x1080 (2x WQHD) but you'll be dealing with fairly large black bars.
With PIP, with all 3 cables plugged, for some reason the display box for the second monitor would be locked to 32:9 so at best I COULD run 3840 × 1080 but then the black bars would be exaggerated, wasting prime screen real estate. For some odd reason the box size would not update to a small size regardless of what resolution I attempt to change any monitors to. Not to mention It's also odd that it only worked when the other 2 outputs (HDMI 1+DP in my instance worked fine with PBP) were "fused" together (displaying 2|3). Any attempts to separate the two would result in the monitor blacking out until the display change prompt eventually reverts back. Attempting to use only 2 cables resulted in having the 3840x1080 option to disappear, and the PIP screen still remains locked in 32:9 ratio.
Not to mention, when using PIP/PBP you don't get access to 144hz anymore, only 120hz max on whatever settings.
For now, I'll continue running on 144hz 5120x1440 resolution with the 2 cables to run PBP when I want to game and lounge but I'm hoping with a drive update or something I could get PIP to work later down the line to my satisfaction. Worst case scenario I may get a raspberry pi 4/5 whenever it's on sale and run it as a dedicated media box and strap it to the back of the monitor. It should work seamlessly with the built in KVM... hopefully?
TLDR: Arrived in practically flawless condition. Awesome pre black Friday deal. 9/10, 1 point docked because single PC PIP/PBP would not work the way I wanted it to.
