Be careful with new software with few reviews. There was malware on a free game recently.

Totally agree. Always wary of unknown software.

The developers (Sonus Vos) are out of Kansas. They have been running a music website for a couple years and are expanding into games. So I personally felt comfortable downloading and sharing this.

But you are right, do your due diligence.

Downloaded, installed, and running smoothly for me. Developers are a small team out of Kansas. Been tracking their updates on the game for a while. I was surprised when my Steam wishlist notification hit yesterday as they didn't give a definitive release date. Even more surprised they released it for free.

Always looking for fun little co-op games to play with my Son and our gaming group. We enjoy playing games like Boomerang Fu or Wreckfest, so this looks to be a fun addition to our game nights. THANKS!

steam doesnt check? I was just prepping to download a bunch of humble bundle choice games, amazon luna, anyone know if those would have malware. Some are pretty low budget.

I'm already skeptical of "free" software. I'm even more skeptical of this website since private equity bought it. Think I'll pass.

Valve (Steam) isn't associated with any PE firms nor has any PE investment. Slickdeals on the other hand has.. idk why that's relevant on a deal about a free pc game though Confused

May not be relevant on the deal specifically but it is relevant in the types of posts that make frontpage easily and quickly. A lot of brands getting posted by staff too consistently is suspicious to me too

Need a non-steam version. I'm not using their DRM ridden bloatware app.
