4x AA Alkaline: ~30 days
4x AA 1.2V NiMH rechargeables: ~60-90 days
4x AA 1.5V Lithium ion rechargeables: ~60 days
Also, not all batteries fit inside. Certain AA batteries are thicker than your average AA, and these will barely fit inside, you'll have to force them in. Getting them out with just your fingers is nearly impossible.
I'm really hoping to find a solution that will last 90+ days, but I guess the lock's great app and features outweigh its flaws so I'm happy with my purchase.
