No. I don't know what kind of math you're using, but you need to use real math.
"20w of speed" would be about 1.4A. Most "cigarette lighter" ports are a MINIMUM of 10A, and many are 15A.
10A on a standard charging system with the vehicle powered up can provide 140w of POWER (not "speed") because when running, most run 14V or more. Even at a minimal 13.5V, it would be 135w (anything lower than 13.5v won't adequately charge a 12.5v battery).
Even the listing has a disclaimer on it.
"NOTE: ①USB-A and USB-C ports cannot provide fast charging simultaneously; ②Only in a 20V car can the charging power of USB-C port 65W and USB-A port 60W be achieved"

To get any more than that, you need a 24v cigarette lighter socket, meaning a 24v battery, which is usually on boats.
