No, the Kreg ACS-SAW Plunge Saw cannot be used on third-party tracks like Festool, Makita, Triton, or DeWalt.

Proprietary track profile: Kreg uses a unique rail extrusion with a dedicated guide channel and an integrated anti-kickback pawl track. Standard guide rails (Festool/Makita style) use a different guide ridge width and lack the matching groove.
Third-party rail options: The saw only works on Kreg Adaptive Cutting System (ACS) 62-inch guide rails or aftermarket replacement tracks explicitly milled for Kreg (such as Powertec's Kreg-fit tracks).

No I suspect this one is on clearance since Kreg introduced a new universal style mount and this (I think) is the older model.
