This is a rechargeable body hair trimmer that stands out for close, comfortable trimming and strong battery life. The blade is sharp enough to handle body hair cleanly, and several reports say it works well on sensitive areas with no snags or nicks when used carefully, especially with the shortest guard. The main cautions are that it can cut or irritate without a guard, and the charging setup is inconsistent across versions, with USB C, USB B, and proprietary cables all reported. A practical pick if you want a compact trimmer and can live with the charger uncertainty.

  • Men trimming sensitive body areas who want a close, comfortable pass, because it cuts without snags and feels gentle on the skin.

  • People who trim with a guard and want fewer nicks, because the shortest guard can work cleanly and the guard helps avoid cuts.

  • Shoppers who need long battery life for occasional grooming, because the charge can last for months of use.

  • People who only need a body trimmer for stray hairs or day-old growth, because it trims well without trying to replace a full razor shave.

  • People who want to shave without a guard, because the blade is sharp and can cause cuts or bleeding.

  • Shoppers expecting a close, stubble-free finish, because it can leave noticeable stubble instead of a clean shave.

  • People with very thick hair who need a trimmer that can power through dense growth, because it can stall or break on first use.

  • Buyers who need a durable trimmer for long-term use, because the motor can fail and rust can appear inside after about a year.

Bought it, returned it.... does not trim close at all. Leaves a lot of stubble. Not at all as pictured on the before & after pics . Also, says to replace ceramic blades every 3 months.... kind of defeats the cheap price. And the white blades just look dirty all the time, impossible to get all the stubble off the shaver. Felt high dollar. I liked everything else about the trimmer, but it failed on the most important part.

Why is the proprietary charging interface (2-pin) considered negative?
Could someone please confirm if it comes with charger?
It's not a negative if you consider that most shaving devices and manufacturers also have a proprietary cable: Norelco, Braun, etc.
However, some folks want one cable to rule them all like USB-C.

The product listed comes with a cable but does NOT include a wall power source. The cable is plugged into a USB outlet, whether that is a dedicated wall plug, computer/laptop, or other charging brick (power supply, etc). If it doesn't charge, ensure the power supplied is sufficient.

Yep, it's a trimer which means it's going to not produce a clean shave like an electric foil razer or regular blade razer.
The amount of stubble left behind is going to be subjective, but it will be there.
This might be good to trim stray hairs for a mustache or beard, or knock down days growth prior to a regular shave (upstairs or downstairs).

At the current discounted price, stock up as blade replacements are usually more than the cost of the trimmer.

Good luck!

How's this different/better than a wahl or Philips? Is that actually why unique technology or just marketing?

Mine did come with the non-usb c charger, but that's not a deal breaker for me. I used it with the shortest guard and no nicks downstairs for me, it worked well. With that being said, i doubt i'll use it without a guard. Im pleased with mine

Is it better than philips multigroom kit? They all leave stubble. Mine is still working for 7-8 years now. So, anyone who has used both and can let us know if its better than philips multigroom kit
