So, you're getting the 9.2 NR7100 for $500 since that 5.0 Energy package usually goes for $800. Not bad, given today's wildly inflated AVR prices!

I bought these packaged separately on October 3rd for 1492.36 shipped, now it's 1386.68 shipped. Wish I would have waited for this sale!

Same, I bought the speakers already and had been waiting on a receiver deal. Apparently I should have waited. Also waiting on a subwoofer deal. Any thoughts on a good subwoofer to go with this set?

Imo a 9.2 unit for a 5.0 speaker setup is overkill.
You're better off getting the speaker package for the $800.
Use most if not all $500 on a sub & get a used AVR.
You only need 5 channels, nothing fancy since they're easy to drive.
That will result in much better sonic results ime.

How does it compare to Klipsch RP-8000F II & RP-504C II & RP-600M II ?
Also if I want to add Subwoofer to make it 5.1 system, what's the recommend Subwoofer to add with this ?

Depends on your budget. $300ish, the RSL 10e ($340). $500ish, the RSL 10S. $800-900, a toss up between the Hsu VTF-2 and RSL 12S. $1000-1500, I'd look at the Hsu VTF-3 or TN1, and above $1500, the PSA subs. If HT is your main use and you have a big open plan layout, stick to ported subs if under $1200 budget.

Would be more tonally neutral than the Klipsch setup. Plus you get a 3 way center, which should give you wider horizontal dispersion than the Klipsch center.

As for the sub question, see my 2nd post in this thread above.

They are two very different "sounds", which is better is personal.

In general, these are more neutral/warm sound.
The Klipsch are more dynamic/bright sound.

A sub doesn't need to match.
Get the one that provides your preference & expectations within your budget.

No way dude. If I'm getting this, first thing I'm doing is adding 4 atmos speakers.
