Not with this specific one, but these boneless couch tend to be quite low. They're all pretty much the same. I'm 5'7, wife is 5'0 and we both thought it was quite low. If i had an apartment and i moved a lot, probably yeah because they're light and easy to move. If you have kids, they'll probably love it. 100%$ don't recommend for home owners main couch. For a media room, or apartment dweller that moves a lot and need something, yeah this works fine.

Amazon will pick it up from your doorstep for free returns, no repacking needed. For large items I've also seen Amazon offer a 50 percent discount when starting a return if you opt to keep the product.

Not sure why you say that. The return policy on the listing says "not eligible for free return" and that you can conveniently drop it off at any one of over 50,000 locations. Sounds like a hassle.
