According what I could find online regarding performance on the Switch 2:
The Tomb Raider I–III Remastered (and expanded I–VI) games run at 1440p at 60 FPS when docked and 1080p at up to 120 FPS in handheld mode on the Nintendo Switch 2. Resolution & Performance Breakdown
Docked Mode: 1440p resolution at 60 FPS
Handheld / Portable Mode: 1080p resolution at up to 120 FPS
Original Switch Comparison: The standard Nintendo Switch version is capped lower at 1080p docked and 720p portable at 30 FPS, whereas the native Switch 2 version provides a free upgrade path for existing owners
Is there a difference between this and the Switch 2 versions
I don't know the answer to that. I own both system but play mostly on Sw1 due to microsd card pricing. Unless the game is exclusive to Sw2 that is. So I haven't look into performance wise. But assume load time is faster.
The deal is for Sw1 only. I didn't see this bundle for Sw2.

Is the I - III Tomb Raider having good graphics on Switch 2? are they fun to play? or janky and frustrating like the old days? I haven't played a Tomb Raider since the PS2 days.. but I have a Switch 2 and considering getting it if the graphics are vastly improved and modernized

I think the coat of paint they put on it is cool at times but mostly unplayable. The lighting makes it incredibly hard to see where you're going. I played with the original graphics on. As a note, it's based on the PC version, so you can save scum your way through the game. If anyone is looking for an experience closer to the PS1 version in that regard, this wouldn't offer that. Also, I'd take 120hz on Switch 2 handheld with a grain of salt. It's still incredibly blurry due to the Switch 2 display. That being said, for me, I played with the OG assets on and tried to embrace the old style. Had a blast with Tomb Raider 1. There's a modern control version but I couldn't tell you if it's any good or not unfortunately.
