I'm pretty sure this is missing The Following which is a pretty big DLC, and Hellraid which in my opinion wouldn't be a big deal to miss but some people liked it since it was so different.

I accidentally started Hellraid within 30 minutes of my first playthrough and had no idea how to exit (Rather obtusely by interacting with a poster on the wall). I was so confused thinking that was the main game and I just misunderstood what I had actually purchased. 2-3 hours of gameplay later I finally could start the main campaign....
