This Happrun native 1080p Bluetooth projector is a budget-friendly starter model that delivers a surprisingly solid picture for the price, especially in dark rooms, basements, or nighttime setups. Brightness is good enough for casual use, and the Bluetooth audio connection works well when paired to the streaming device instead of the projector. The main tradeoffs are manual focus and keystone, no auto keystone or zoom, and some units show edge blur or color issues. It also runs a bit loud and can struggle in daylight, making it a practical low-cost pick for occasional movie nights or Halloween projections.

Mine just came in today. This item is a steal at $30. I had a cheapo $50 projector from about 4 years ago, and this $30 Haprun brand blows that $50 Elephas brand projector out of the water. Brightness is high enough that I was able to watch anime with subtitles this morning with the window open (no blinds) and I was able to see/read everything. Looks much better in a dark room, but it is visible with ambient light. I would not use this as a presentation projector in full sunlight or office lighting conditions. Even the audio is decent! It's quiet, but it doesn't rattle like my other cheap projector. The fan is a bit loud, but the speaker is loud enough to be heard over the fan. This projector is absolutely good enough to be a season decoration projector, probably overkill. Thanks for the heads up SD fam!

Check other sellers. The same seller is selling for 59.99 and coupon applies.
Actually I went to do just this thanks to your suggestion, and it's back at 59.99 and coupon still works. Got for $30, let's hope it's not complete junk (it probably is)

I want to project a Halloween "hologram" with this. I have to buy a mesh screen as well. AI said that this won't look very good using this projector. What are your thoughts for this application?
works great for Halloween stuff, which is why I bought it again for the same purpose, just get the gray tulle/mesh screens and it's more transparent than the white screens made for watching movies

I found the remote. Can also use firestick but I can't remember which tv model I used. Almost gave up searching the reddit forums.

you can probably use the av receiver to output the audio to all the speakers

You need a hdmi audio extractor. It extracts the audio from the hdmi for 5.1

However if you have a sound system with a receiver with hdmi inputs. It should automatically extract the audio for you

It's very good that you are aware of this habit. I'm yet to learn to not buy unnecessary stuff
