After getting a bread machine and fooling around with it, I have bought this a few times. It has tended to hover just under $2.50. Honestly its pretty good flour, fresh, tasted the same or better to king arthur's organic bread flour which was almost 3x as expensive. Being able to bake a fat loaf of pretty good bread (with a few additions of some freshly cracked wheat from my hand mill, or oats boiled in milk, or seeds on top)..All for around $1 is kind of refreshing honestly. Warning: I have had one of these partially explode during shipping, but only one and only partially so no biggie so far.

It's funny getting this email alert not even 30 minutes after I decided I want to start making bread.

i add a bit of flax and psyllium husk that i break into small pieces in a vitamix to add to nutritional value of my bread. i never needed to do this before when i used to grind my own wheat berries into flour, but corporate greed took over after the pandemic and wheat berries quadrupled in price, to about $4 a loaf, so i stopped buying them.

I have this in my S&S. It usually packed tighter than a grocery store bag (similar to Sam's/Costco big bags) and wrapped tight in plastic. Almost always less spillage than just picking up a bag of all purpose at Walmart.

Bought last time and was full of weevils and amazon wont refund since it's food related. Stuff like this is worth buying from a store where you can inspect the item

I don't know. King Arthur is an employee owned company and uses US flour. There is no information on the origin of this flour and would not use it.

This is most definitely a product to avoid. I use King Arthur. Yes it is more expensive but I know I will not be putting poison or bugs in my food.
