eBay is the way to go for button batteries. I just paid $3.95 (after tax) for a 5 pack of name brand 2032s. Just make sure they list the expiration date.

I only use Energizer batteries in the items I care about. The other ones leak to much.

For me, the ones from eBay never last very long, even unexpired. I'll still get the less common sizes there since they're so much cheaper (though often you have to get like 10), but 2032's are frequently on sale, so the price difference isn't worth it.

I wouldn't trust batteries from woot, how do I know they aren't old? They likely are not expired, but 90 days isn't long enough to find out, in some cases even if you are using them right away.

Interesting. I've never had an issue.

Most people aren't going to notice a difference because these batteries tend to be in things you don't pay much attention too, scales, garage door openers, key jobs.

I definitely notice when my key fob battery dies. Lol

Grabbed a pack. Between car key fobs, AirTags, and garage door remotes, it's always worth having genuine Energizers in the drawer instead of dealing with cheap bulk ones dying after 3 months.
