if you can't get it to work after a few tries, call their customer service line, they are pretty helpful with getting issues resolved.

I don't know; my account went dormant and then ordered one of their new sims. It wasn't activating, so I called them to activate it. It took over a day to activate. I had topped up with $5 beforehand when I ordered the sim (thought I paying for just a month with the $5), so maybe that's why! I just wanted to save my number! Try it maybe if your account is still up and running when you login!
