Found an offer in my email for My Lowe's notifying me of an offer of $10 off $75 spend on eligible purchases, valid through 10/30.
Did not find the offer anywhere on my account but when I added something over $75 to cart, at checkout the option was there to apply $10 off (see screenshot).
Did not have this when logged in on another My Lowe's account, so I assume it's YMMV.
