Project farm did a video on counterfeit batteries. They're not as good as genuine, and can be a fire hazard. I wonder if these are counterfeit.

What makes you think that there is no warranty? Woot states right on the site that there's a 3 year warranty. Dewalt MAY deny claims for items purchased from unauthorized sellers, but that doesn't mean they will.
