Walmart+ members get free road hazard warranty with install, not sure if Discount gives that at no cost.

Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank

This is not a dedicated winter tire. It does not appear to even be 3PMSF rated. The name is misleading. Just a heads up to potential buyers.

that depends on the rating required by Toyota. check on google the rating AND the tire size. Walmart will not install tires that don't meet the min. rating required for your car, unless you sign a waiver holding them harmless.

My understanding is it's similar in that it's prorated for road hazard based on wear

But, IS IT FREE???

What the Warranty Covers

• Flat Repairs: Free flat tire repairs for fixable punctures.
• Non-Repairable Punctures / Damage: If a tire suffers irreparable damage from nails, glass, cuts, or impact breaks, it is replaced based on a pro-rata credit calculated from the remaining tread depth (down to 2/32nds of an inch).
• Tread Life: Coverage lasts for the usable life of the tire tread (down to 2/32nds inch).

Cost

• Standard Customers: Costs roughly $20 per tire at checkout.
• Walmart+ Members: Included free of charge on tires purchased and installed at Walmart Auto Care Centers (active membership required at purchase and installation).

It will. It's only slightly higher, doubt it will rub. Just had these installed on my camry and it fits perfectly fine. Discount tire will install these no problem just talk to them before hand and let them know. The price is unbeatable and year of manufacturing was 2025 on mine. They ride like a cloud.

I will NEVER buy tires from Walmart again. They will not honor warranty claims even when you have proof. On both my teen's SUVs we bought the same Douglas tire and all the tires wore out with no tread after 8 months and 7000 miles. We followed all guidelines for rotation and balance, alignment, etc. Walmart would not honor the warranty. I even got a known shop in the area to inspect everything to make sure it wasn't our cars and they wrote a letter. Walmart management still argued and made excuses. And calling their helpline does not solve the issue. Lesson learned: Walmart is not to be trusted with tire warranty. From now on Discount Tire or Costco, even if the tire might cost a little more...they are cheaper and less aggravating in the long run.
