I admittedly bought this earlier, but I'm kinda bemused. What next, 48g protein shakes? At some point, when is too much too much? Big Grin

How inefficient. The optimal way is to simply have an IV that is constantly funneling protein directly into your bloodstream for maximum intake.

Any comparisons to fairlife? That's what me and the missus usually get but I like this price better. Thanks!

Someone said Costco has these around $18. Still good if you're not a member.

The taste is not great, very artificial. My kid and I pound Fairlife but can hardly choke these down.

As someone who has to consume 250g of protein a day, these are nice to have around for chugging. I say chug because the artificial sweetener they use is pretty bad.

I regret my purchase. These taste heavily of sunflower oil. They are difficult to get down.
