I have this and I tried it for some decks. They work ok with sleeved cards. The empty divider slot in the middle can snag some corners of cards. Dont work too well with soft plastic cases like ultra pro makes and def won't fit anything bigger.

Funny I clicked on this one for the exact same reason. The DWST14825 is the one that you can get 3D printed replacement "cups" for that will hold a commander deck with the commander in a top loader. According to Gemini the cups between this one and the DWST14825 are not interchangeable so I imagine they would not work on this one.

I prefer the Ridgid brand one for my commander decks: https://www.homedepot.com/p/RIDGI.../305855062
